一种松耦合的资信评级信息系统的设计研究

如何建设高效的资信评级信息系统是当今信用评级行业的研究热点。针对我国资产信用评级体系的建设现状,结合上海某评级机构业务需求,本文提出基于一种松耦合的资产信用评级系统的开发方案,重点对系统整体结构、系统实现的难点层次化数据仓库、数据清洗等问题进行深入研究。这种层次化结构简化了信息系统开发过程,提高开发效率。     

A centralized/decentralized design of a full return contract for a risk-free manufacturer and a risk-neutral retailer under partial information sharing

We consider the design of full return contract in a simple supply chain with a risk-free manufacturer and a risk-neutral retailer. In this problem, the ordering quantity and the rebate price for unsold products are determined by the retailer and the manufacturer, respectively. We propose an optimal solution procedure in centralized and decentralized decision making environments considering when the information sharing among the retailer and the manufacturer is partial. We provide numerical examples to explain the proposed solution procedures.     

Transactions,standardisation and competition: Establishing uniform sizes in the British wire industry c.1880

When science could not provide a solution to transaction problems in the British wire industry c.1880, market groups had to negotiate a business solution. This involved converging towards a ‘one-size-fits-all’ standard: a process requiring compromises and cooperation between competitive firms, and solving coordination failure through state intervention. This paper demonstrates how different groups held different notions of ‘ideal’ standards depending on the incentives they faced. Reconciling these differences was an institutional, rather than a technological, process. The paper also analyses why, historically, dominant producers cooperated to set industry standards when faced with an imminent lock-in on ‘wrong’ standards imposed on the industry.     

论公共产品理论与劳动价值论的耦合及其意义

传统劳动价值论对商品范围的界定存在局限。如果把所有能够满足人们需要的用来交换的劳动成果,不管是有形的还是无形的都视为商品,商品就包括私人商品和公共商品(产品)两大类,基于这一认识,实现公共商品(产品)理论与劳动价值论的耦合,不仅有助于丰富、完善劳动价值论,使之经济解释力增强,而且有助于丰富、完善公共产品理论,使之真正成为财政学的理论基础。     

对大学生原地投掷标枪动作协调能力的研究

本研究通过对西安体育学院武术系2009级学生10人和西安体育学院田径院队的部分运动员进行标枪原地投掷的动作进行3次高速拍摄,笔者认为:在原地投掷标枪动作的出手速度的提高是动作协调能力提高的表现。练习原地投掷标枪可以提高大学生的身体素质,特别是上下肢和躯干的协调能力。     

French multinational companies’ strategies and co-ordination mechanisms: the role of human resource management in Europe and Nigeria

The everchanging European context may well lead to the evolution of MNCs’ strategies in Europe and to the evolution of the control mechanisms within their subsidiaries. The author analyses the issue from the angle of human resources management, considered as an informal control tool that is widely recognized by both scholars and managers. This research therefore aims at analysing whether or not and how HRM systems embody a possible integration process in the European economic space. The methodology is based on a case study from a French multinational company belonging to the automobile industry while the investigation, a comparative analysis of the headquarters-subsidiaries relationships in England, Spain and Nigeria, points out the specificity of the European context regarding corporate strategy orientations, subsidiary roles and personnel transfer policies. The major conclusions from such an analysis suggest a framework that gives prominence to the differentiation of the management process between Europe and Nigeria.

These results confirm previous literature on co-ordination mechanisms in complex business organizations.     

Debt monetization,inflation, and the ‘neutral’ interest rate

The main purpose of this study is to explore the potential expansionary effect stemming from the monetization of debt. We develop a simple macroeconomic model with Keynesian features and four sectors: creditor and debtor households, businesses, and the public sector. We show that such expansionary effect stems mainly from the reduction in the financial cost to servicing the public debt. The efficacy of the channel that operates allegedly through the compression of the risk/term premium on securities is found to be ambiguous. Finally, we show that countries that issue their own currency can avert getting stuck in a structural ‘liquidity trap’ provided their central banks are willing to monetize the debt created by a strong enough fiscal expansion.     

我国农民专业合作社利益协调机制的法律分析

现阶段我国农民专业合作社发展形势良好,其中政府的大力扶持发挥着重要作用。农民专业合作社的长远发展离不开自身管理机制的完善。如何发挥农民专业合作社自身的能动性,增强其应对市场的竞争力,实现农民专业合作社设立的目标,是目前农民专业合作社发展中的难题。文章认为农民专业合作社内部利益协调机制的完善是解决此难题的核心环节,并针对实际中存在的问题提出对策。     

北京市入境旅游与饭店旅行社的耦合协调度研究

基于2001—2010年北京市入境旅游和饭店旅行社的各指标数据,首先通过相关分析,筛选出与北京市入境旅游发展存在相关关系的饭店旅行社参量,然后借助熵值法,计算出各个参量的权重及评价值,最后建立耦合协调度模型,对入境旅游—饭店旅行社的耦合协调度进行了实证研究。结果发现,十年间,其耦合度一直处于拮抗阶段,但耦合协调度水平变化幅度较大,2003年达到低谷,属于中度失调,2010年达到最高值,属于中级协调。因此,北京市饭店旅行社的发展仍不能有效的支撑其入境旅游的发展,亟待提升和完善。     

构建城乡统筹基层党建新格局的思考——基于六安市结对共建工作的调研

构建城乡统筹的基层党建新格局是新形势下加强和改进基层党组织建设的重要举措。当前,各地以城乡基层党组织结对共建或结对帮扶活动为抓手,摸索出构建新格局的方法和路子,但仍存在着一些不容忽视的问题。对此,可在健全基层组织体系、建设城乡干部人才队伍、加强城乡党员动态管理、提升基层党组织活力和整合城乡党建工作资源等五个方面下功夫。
